Quantity Surveyor (Urgent) – A1 Main Contactor (MNC)/ 3000 to $4000/ Condo & HDB) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities • Cost estimation • Taking off quantity for tender • Final account preparation & monthly progress claim • Certification of sub-contract works • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors • Site Inspection / measurement • All other related works REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or its equivalent • Min. 2 years site experience in QUANTITY SUREYOR job function • Experienced in Singapore construction industry • Able to converse in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking corresponds.
