The former winning pointer looked good last time, but that was an average contest and he took a while to pick up before eventually winning a shade snuggly on his hurdles debut in May. With that in mind, he is taken on with smart dual-purpose mare Que Pasa (5:25) who has herself won twice from three starts over hurdles, most recently in a warm event here at the Festival. She travelled really powerfully that day and has since run reasonably well behind Ted Veale on the Flat at Bellewstown. The extra couple of furlongs shouldn’t inconvenience her this evening and Barry Geraghty ought to suit her style of racing.
