Queensland Kiribati Community that was such a hugeeee success last night. A big thank you to each one of you from the little one to the oldest for your great contribution from the beginning of the pracs till last nite. Through your busy lives you still gave your time for our community so that we can perform our dances and songs well. This will enable to uphold our cultures and especially to pass on to our next generation. Pat yourself on the back for you have done well. From your President and the Committee thank you again. We will announce our “kaokirii” for August in due course. The food was so yummy, dances beautiful and songs amazing....and not to forget the great dj boogie. Thank you for the beautiful flowers it’s a great honour to receive but i still think each one of us deserve it. A special thank s goes out to the Youth and their Committee for doing so well. Yes as the Youth president said we had our downs but that’s life....we have to have a bad day to appreciate the good days. Have a blessed week ahead and thank you once again to each one of you, our friends and families who made our night extra special. Hip hip hip hooray hooray!!!!
