Queensland friends, please join me in signing this e-petition to reverse the burden of proof in collisions between motor vehicles and pedestrians or cyclists. The onus should be on the drivers insurance company to prove that the casualty caused the collision - instead of the current situation where the default is that the driver has not contributed to the crash.
