Question - Jenny asked, HI.. I suffer from clinical depression and some anxiety.. Never had any problems with depression until about 5 yrs ago after having a chronic Illness... Im doing some research on certain antidepressants that I think made me worse and I think mine could have been linked to a sleeping problem that Ive had all my life but got much worse after I was on some certain meds.. I REALLY need some feed back from people that has been on antidepressants and benz meds (xanax, valium or activan) at the SAME TIME that have problems with sleep and depression has gotten much worse.. THANKS!!!
