Question 1 What diet are you on? Im not on any diet :) Ive simply changed my eating lifestyle :) I eat EVERYTHING but in moderation. I enjoy a piece of chocolate once in a while but when I do I portion control otherwise I will eat the whole lot in one sitting :P I have said goodbye to sodas and take out and on those very rare occasions I try and find the healthiest alternatives :) I eat veggies and fruit throughout the day. I am all for protein protein protein! Ill have some source of protein in every meal I have Fruits are great but are high in good sugars so dont go overboard and chose wisely which fruits you eat more of ;) I plenty of drink water during the day and pee like a pregnant woman haha just ask my friends :P But its great for flushing, detoxing and hydrating your body :) Not to mention use it as a filling tool while you eat. Have a glass of water just before your meal and when youve finished and you still think youre hungry (when youre probably not) give it 20 minutes before having seconds and in the meantime have a glass of water and let your brain register its full then just before you get up to have second helpings, ask yourself are you really hungry, or are you boredom eating? Take a moment to listen to your body and if you realise youre not as hungry as you thought, get up and do something physical even if its a walk or some cleaning (something to take your mind off being hungry until you register you dont want anymore food) :)
