Well D has played in many of the famous fierce derbies in the world namely Milan Derby, Merseyside Derby, North London Derby, Tyne-Tees Derby to name a few. D played for Liverpool and made his debut for Liverpool replacing Steven Gerrard but did not play a lot for Liverpool. D was a well known and well capped German international and made headlines during the 2002 World Cup final due to his unusual hairstyle(mohawk..the sharaawy style) for the German side.
