Question #3: Hi, I know this might sounds silly, but i guess not as thats why im here, alot of people are suffering just like me. But when i get panic attacks, its all in my tummy and not my chest and heart. Does anyone else get this? I cant tolerate pain at all. It terrifies me. But more so in my tummy. As soon as i have an upset tummy, thats it, i have panics attacks so bad and i feel like i just want to die or be knocked out until it passes. Its so hard to explain how i feel when this is happening. But i just feel terrified. Like im in this excruciating pain and no one can do anything to help me and i cant stop the pain i just have to ride through it. I have tried breathing and positive thinking but once the panic and fear sets in, its too late, there is nothing i can do Does anyone else have tummy trouble when suffering panic attacks?
