The nearest jurisdiction I think is in Trat. What is the procedure. ____________________ You will need to take your architectural drawing along with the land owner (or the signed power of attorney by the land owner) to the Or Bor Tor (local government administrative office) and check with them regarding any other documents they required as different offices requires different document. The process should not take longer than 45 days after the document submission.
