Question: In our neighborhood, there is a man who rides a motorcycle during the spring/summer months. It is very loud and has those ape handlebars (which I hear are not street-legal?) Every morning, he drives down our street at 4:30am, presumably to go to work, and it ALWAYS wakes us up. I have talked to other neighbors on our street and they experience the same thing. And I mean this thing is REALLY loud. Does anyone know what we can do about it? Any suggestions? Thanks!
