Question: Should the maid in hotels check the clock to ensure the alarm isnt set for some ridiculous time to go off and disturb the client? Hotel Im in has happened last 3 nights. First night alarm blared at 1am after first night changed rooms due to bed being more like a jumping castle. 2nd night alarm went off at 12.30am hit the thing and accidently hit the snooze button so went off again just after I nodded off then gave it such a whack that the lights in the clock went out! So I thought that fixed that. Not so lucky... again 12.30am again last night the things went off. Lets just say we wont be hearing from this lil alarm clock again and more than likely I will be charged to replace it (it is hard to find the off button when it is dark) But as this only happens once every few years it leaves me wondering. Should hotels (5 star) as a courtesy have their maids check the alarms to ensure clients dont get disturbed or pranked when they are getting needed rest? What do you think?
