Question... When you tell a customer something they order isnt going to taste right or look right, and that you cant guarantee it, and they insist anyways, so you make them prepay you, for a time consuming project, then the result is exactly as you previously explained to them, do they get refunded? I ALWAYS guarantee MY product, but when they order their product, insisting on it, what the correct etiquette? Im frustrated and hate disappointing people, but I knew I shouldnt have done it. Ugh. I say Im not refunding it, what do you think?
