Weight in Pounds divided by your height in inches Step 2. Divide that answer by your height in inches again Step3. Multiply by 704.5 to discover your BMI * A BMI of less than 18 is considered underweight *A BMI of 18.5-25 is considered healthy *A BMI of 25-30 is considered unhealthy/overweight *A BMI over 30 is considered Obese BUT these to NOT apply to athletes , body builders and pregnant or nursing women or under age 18.
