Question... about crying dogs... What would you guys do if you always heard a dog crying in a nearby garden? I live in a very nice, middle class type of area (just giving you a picture of my neighbourhood). Every so often (probably every 2-3 days) i hear a dog crying in a nearby garden (presumably garden). It clearly wants to be let inside or not kept outside and the owners are either ignoring it or simply leaving it outside while they go out for a few hours. I havent heard anybody beating it or anything like that. Ive never had a dog, so i dont know the laws or anything. Does this sound like animal abuse to you? Are you allowed to just leave a dog outside for hours?
