Question : considering the fact that investments have to be bigger and bigger to yield significant economies of scale (IBM, Intel, Peugeot, Airbus, these firms at a time on another bet their own survival on heavy investments having the order of magnitude their company), could not the increase of a national debt be a normal tendancy? I am deliberately excluding here countries where the debt is contracted ti ensure goverment agent salaries.
