Question for admins and anyone that may have an answer to this! My son is almost 19 months old and Im fighting against his father and CAS to get him to return home, he has been in care since he was 15 months old, but on a voluntary basis he was in a different jurisdiction then where his father lived I moved back to the area his father lived so it could be easier and possibly have my son go live with his father, until I was able to have him return home. I wasnt in a good position at the time so I went to the only place I could get help, I wasnt able to have a roof over my head and wanted my son to have everything until I got stable again. It was temporary for a month and then signed another TCA temp care agreement for 30 days. His father and I had went to court and had requested our son be brought back to the local area, as that happened in February hes been in care since December 31st 2013. But once he was brought back down to our area CAS had asked him father to sign a 2 week TCA to let CAS make sure he had everything for our son so it was only temporary and the father refused so as of Friday February 21st 2013 my son was apprehended from the other CAS due to his father. I am just wanting to know how long before they try and make him a CROWN WARD or what the deal is Ive changed everything in my life and even have a 2 bedroom apartment on my own and starting a full time job Friday! Also on ODSP no hate please! Just wanting to have so guidance what can I do what can I ask my lawyer to do?
