Question for all those supplement users and pill poppers out there. We are in the process of a major packaging/labeling refresh/rebrand for Core Nutritionals. During this process we are also looking to improve any aspect of the products we may have overlooked. For our pill products, we are considering going from colored bovine capsules to vegetarian (kosher/halal/etc) clear capsules. This would be in line with our powdered product line of no fillers/artificial coloring. In recent years I have seen other companies follow our lead of eliminating all artificial coloring from supplements but I dont really see this in sports nutrition capsules. The only downside to this (besides increased cost to us) would be the inability to tell pills apart because of their colors. We are currently weighing the pluses and minuses of this change. What is everyones opinion?
