Question for everyone: Florida state requires that the PA - TopicsExpress

Question for everyone: Florida state requires that the PA license, Rx number, Supervising physician info be on all our scripts. I work at a couple different facilities. One has escript option through Practice Fusion (aka confusion). When I have escribed, I called the pharmacy to confirm that the supervising MD was on it, along with the required info. The pharmacist advised it wasnt, so I gave them the info and refuse to use the escript system. They advised that the only info on the script was my NPI associated info. Also, on the two that print out scripts (PF and Discharge 1,2,3), they print out the facility name, address, my name, my NPI. I have a stamp that I put on with the required state info. However, many prob dont realize this is a state requirement. Is anything being done to help resolve this? Does any other state have these requirements? I would assume (yes, I know) that all this info is required on the escript as well. When I call PF, they advise me its not their problem and to write a paper script, which the one from the system dont put that info on either. And then, my practice gets penalized because Im not escribing the Medicare scripts. Sigh.....Ideas?.....Suggestions?
