Question for someone on here !!! Who does the booking for reunions..etc.. or whatever at the Lewis County Park ??? Id like to know...as the same ole thing happens year after year... I understand you have to call right after the first of the year to get a half way decent reservation... but come on now ... does one have to wear their finger out trying to get through to the Park ... starting early in the morning right after New Years to get told .. nooo you cant get that date you want..were all booked up... somehow there just doesnt seem to be any decent date left to have a function out there... heres my opinion.. and watch people bite my head off on this one...I think those dates are already booked well in advance for people who shall I say are influential or something to that effect...and the little people of the community dont count... Our family reunion has been held out there for yrs.. and the last time I looked I thought everyones money was the same... am I missing something here or am I the only one that feels this way... we have a beautiful park here in Lewis County...but its just like everything else in this town...its run by certain people and the little guy dont stand a chance.. wow its almost like The White House here... Its time everyone in Lewis County counts.. not just a few...so glad I dont have to make the decision where to have it...because with all the hassle one goes through .. it wouldnt be worth the effort...there seems to me that some changes need to be made at the Park or shall we say some different people in charge that still care about the little guy !!! Feeling fed up !!!
