Question for the health junkies....... I started a 4000 calorie per day diet 7 days ago. I am using an app called My Fitness Tracker. I am easily exceeding my 4000 calories per day and I eat good quality foods, and also drink Boost High Protein and Muscle Milk. I have tried to keep my diet based on good proteins and good slow burning carbs. I am at the gym everyday. I do isolated strength training and on my off days I swim 15 laps. My question, My sodium levels are through the roof! I do not add salt to anything I eat. Is there a way for me to curb this, or does it come with the territory?
