Question from a User:- I weighed 96kgs but I managed to bring it down to 75kgs like 5 or 6 months ago . But den I got busy with my works. For now my weight is 78kgs but the problem is my body is deformed. Dere is fat on my waist. I wanna know proper exercises and General diet to get my body in shape. Thanks for d help :) Answer:- If you want to get back in shape, youll have to be active, consistent and eat well. Firstly, Perform aerobic exercises like swimming, jogging, cycling etc. Using gym equipment like tread mill, cycle and others also help in this. Daily and frequent exercise is a must in order to achieve the fitness level you desire. About your diet, cut unhealthy fats, salts and sugars from your diet, which come from stale, junk, fried foods. Avoid soda totally Eat a Healthy breakfast daily, without fail. Focus on lean protein by eating fish,eggs, chicken etc. In between meals, you should eat some healthy snacks, like fruits, carrots, celery, nuts, a cheese slice, etc. Drink loads of water, at least 2.5 litres a day, it greatly helps!
