Question from a friend: Hi chef, I have got a topic for you that you may be able to help me out with, this has been an issue at my work place for a while now juat trying to get some opinions on it, I have been told by almost every head chef I have worked for that if a product say in contains wheat products that the said product is not gluten free, but the manager at my work seams to think otherwise, and is refusing to change the menu to reflect that, just wondering what some other chefs have to say about it
