Question from a user:- my height is 56 and my weight is 58kgs and i feel myself to be underweight is it so??? how to increase body strength and how can i increase waist size???? suggest some diet fr vegetarian and some exercises that can be done.. Answer:- As per the healthy BMI recommendation, your ideal weight lies between the range of 51-69 kgs, so you are not underweight. You only need to gain muscle, and that can be done with the right combination of diet and training. Your diet should include Beans, Tofu, Nuts, Soy Beans and Eggs(if you eat them). Have a heavy breakfast everyday, which has loads of protein. Protein Shakes are vital for your muscle growth, try and have them at least 3 times a day. Include leafy green vegetables in your diet like spinach and lettuce. In all, increase your daily calorie intake. Coming to your workout plan Always warm up before you exercise. Workout harder but for a shorter amount of time. Train every muscle group in your body by performing exercises like squats, dead lifts, bench presses, rows, crunches and pull ups. Limit your cardio training to a minimum. Sleep adequately, in order to allow your body to develop muscle.
