Question how to boost energy if you have Lyme disease: Ok so when it comes to boosting your energy that’s easy coffee will do that but to have a good healthy lifestyle that’s a whole other thing. Energy levels high or low is a symptom of something in our case Lyme If we treat the disease and not the symptoms we wont have any symptoms to treat …..Treat the symptom like low energy you will always have low energy because you didn’t fix the thing that gives you the low energy. This is the main problem I see with Lyme patients they want to treat the symptoms because there is no cure. Well as long as you don’t have lyme symptoms you could care less if you had lyme…………so people get trapped in if I make this symptom go away I can tackle the next one………NOPE doesn’t work like that. You go kill the factory where they make the symptoms. So how do we do that…….Its easy in this case we will just use energy as the example because that’s what you want OK so lets give you energy. Red blood cells supply good or bad oxygen rich blood to your heart and organs. So the players in this game are cells, oxygen, blood, Thyroid, sugars, Lyme, muscles, pulmonary, Immune system. So just looking at that list what things would feed those things. I see water I see fruits and vegetables I sea tea I see protein. In your case lyme is stronger than those things we listed as the players... cells, oxygen, blood, Thyroid, sugars, Lyme, muscles, pulmonary, Immune system. So would it make sense to fight lyme or would it make sense to boost the things around the lyme to be greater than the lyme. I like the odds of the 9 things being greater than the one. So now we have the key to getting energy boost the 9 things involved with energy and we will have more energy than we will have lyme symptoms. So how do I build my: cells, oxygen, blood, Thyroid, sugars, Lyme, muscles, pulmonary, Immune system. Nutrition it’s the only thing that will boost all of them at once safely. So you now start researching foods, teas, herbs, waters, sugars, anything you can put in your mouth that will boost those things on that list. Antibiotic means against life…..so we know damn well anything against life shouldn’t be on the list. What’s the best way to get nutrition into your body? Juicing or liquefying/blending your food. Your body can absorb the nutrients 90% more efficiently if the food is already in a form that it can digest immediately. So how does that play out? We gotta kill the lyme remove the lyme send reinforcement to help the immune system when it comes back. If we do this daily how would the lyme be able to mount a attack if 9 systems were working as one.
