The answer I initially choose to be correct was D, but @Ellen Resnick pointed out this Cookie Monster music video: https://youtube/watch?v=9PnbKL3wuH4, which is all about self-control and delayed gratification. However, Cookie Monster was only able to delay gratification for 2 minutes 45 seconds, so I think he should still read EatQ.
