There are no signs of dehydration, edema, or pigmentary changes. Laboratory Findings Serum sodium 122 mEq/L (N 135–145) Urine osmolality 280 mOsm/kg H2O (N 50–1400) Plasma osmolality 260 mOsm/kg H2O (N 285–295) Urine sodium 25 mEq/L BUN 4 mg/dL (N 8–25) Serum potassium 4.1 mEq/L (N 3.5–5.0) The most likely diagnosis is A - sodium depletion B - syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) C - primary polydipsia D - adrenal insufficiency
