Question of the day..... Are you happy with Rutland Marketplace??? I just spoke to one of our our customers who placed a "special order" a couple months ago... she came into the store today after a couple months of not coming in... Reason: she was disappointed in what she received when she got home on her last visit. In essence, she boycotted us because she was disappointed and dissatisfied... 1. I took ownership of our poor performance 2. I offered compensation for her monetary loss 3. I asked for another opportunity to "right" our "wrong" The conversation, in my opinion, went well. When I got off the phone, I recognized that there may be many others who may have had a negative experience... I write this note to all of you and your friends and family that have visited us... You are all my #1 priority. It is my mission to make every experience @ Rutland Marketplace a positive one... Each day I sign on... I hear many positive comments, for that I say "Thank You" Today.. I would like to hear "Our Shortcomings or Developmental Areas" I want to know... "What can I do better"??? I am humble and open...
