Question of the day Credits: Akbar Shaikh Once there were 3 thieves A,B and C. They went to a coconut farm to steal coconuts; A climbed up a coconut tree and started dropping coconut. Suddenly, due to some noise the guard woke up and lighted his torch light. B,C who were down ran away. After the guard slept again, A came down from the tree; gathered all the coconut; divided into three equal parts; took his share and leave the rest. After few moments B came back; again divided the left over coconuts into three equal parts; but one was extra. He took his share and the extra one and went away. At last, C came and took all the left over coconuts. The next day when three of them met each other and found that every one received equal number of coconuts. How many coconuts were stolen from the farm?
