Question of the day: What are your greatest strengths? How can you capitalize on those strengths to achieve your new years resolution? Some of my greatest strengths are: 1) Im a planner 2) I am a positive person 3) I am objective These strengths really help me maintain my weight loss and keep me on track. Every Sunday I spend 20 minutes planning out my meals and workouts for the week. This takes all the stress and need for willpower out of the equation when it comes time to eat or workout during the week. The food is already cooked and packed and the workouts are already scheduled in the calendar. Because Im a religious logger, at the end of each day I review my food and exercise log and give myself kudos on everything I did well (the positive side of me :)) and then look for areas that I could improve on (the objective side of me). Based on the kudos and learnings, I make any adjustments that I need to to the next days plan. How can you use your strengths to help yourself succeed at achieving your goal?
