These seems to occur late in the day on most days. He is a non-smoker and works cleaning cages at a local zoo, but says that his symptoms don’t occur every day and sometimes occur after he leaves work. He has lost about 6 pounds in weight over the last 2 months. PFTs show mild restriction.
