Question posed by a participant at the PCAM 2013 Conference few days ago about Alternative Medicines: Dr. Genevieve, my husband doesnt believe in complementary or natural medicines. He said it doesnt work and it can make peoples condition worse. He only believes in the pills. He said many western doctors told him the same thing. What do you have to say about these doctors claims? My reply: As is your faith, so be it unto you. There is no medicine greater than the mind. If you say it works, it works. If you say it doesnt work, then it will not work. However good the medicine may be, if you believe so strongly that you will die from a disease, you will. Period. Even scientists have proven this fact through the placebo test. If he believes natural medicine is bad for the health, it can only be that for his experience. Love and light, Genevieve
