Question to all you Ultra runners out there, I have been running religiously for over 2 years always trying to up my miles. Eating right as well. Why after training for so long am I totally and completely exhausted after a Half Marathon? I want to run a Full and eventually an Ultra but when the exhaustion I experience after a Half, I dont see that as an option right now. Any pointers on what I might be doing wrong?
