Question to my realtor friends or just home buyers/sellers in general. My seller has a contract on his house. The home inspection was done. Now, today, I get an email from the buyers agent that says SHE is DRIVING... but. here is a phone number to the termite inspector...AND... I need to call him ASAP and set up a date and time for the inspection. The inspector has never tried to call and set up an appointment. The contract says the buyer shall have the termite inspection completed within X days before closing. Was I wrong to email her back and tell her I was busy as well and that her buyer or the inspector just needs to let us know what day he will be there and what time. I told her taking care of her buyers inspections was not my responsibility......they havent even TRIED to make the appointment. This is just one of many crazy things shes doing or NOT doing. And she is not NEW!
