Did Ellen Johnson Sirleaf violate the Liberian constitution clause of nepotism by appointing her son Robert Sirleaf to negotiate the Liberian people two major resources, potential oil and iron ore, Wologizi? 2. Was there a conflict of Interest in the appointment of Mr. Robert Sirleaf, the son of the President, as the negotiator? 3. Should the President or her son head such negotiation? If yes, could there possible be any check and balance if the President head such negotiation? If no, why and who should head such negotiation? 4. Was the negotiation done in good faith? Did Ellen Johnson Sirleaf have good intention towards the Liberian people when she made Robert Sirleaf, her son, to negotiate for the Liberian people resources? 6. Should the Minister of Lands, Mines and Energy head such negotiations? 7. Are the results of the negotiations acceptable and in the best interest of the Liberian people? 8. Are the results of the negotiations reasonable in comparison to other oil producing/exploring nations such as Nigeria, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc. ?
