Questions I ask the Governor of Missouri: The public prosecutor - TopicsExpress

Questions I ask the Governor of Missouri: The public prosecutor decided to hold the Grand Jury in St. Louis County. The grand jury was composed of 12 people selected at random from a fair cross-section of the citizens, according to Missouri law. The jurors, whose identities were kept secret, were 75 percent white: six white men, three white women, two black women and one black man. St. Louis County overall is 70 percent white, but about two-thirds of Fergusons residents are black. Brown was black. The officer is white. Why would you allow this case to be moved to a county that so obviously does not reflect the race and socio-economic make-up of Ferguson? The public prosecutor did an unusual data dump to the Grand Jury and provided very few instructions. His office promised the Brown family that they would contact them as soon as a decision is reached by the Grand Jury. The Browns became aware of a decision by CNN. They have still yet to hear from the prosecutor or his office. Please justify actions. ago.mo.gov/VehicleStops/2013/reports/161.pdf Please explain. This should be good... The Grand Jury made their decision hours ago. Why would you wait until 9:00 p.m. to make this announcement? Dont you think waiting until night only increases the chance of violence or does your police force do its best work under the cover of darkness? I understand that Officer Darren Wilson, the officer who killed Michael Brown just celebrated [Grand Jury decision] by getting married! Wow! Guess the prosecutor told him before the Browns?
