Quick & Easy Doughnuts Ingredients: 1/3 cup sugar ½ cup milk 1 egg 1 ½ cups cake flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1/8 tsp nutmeg Cooking oil Mixture of cinnamon and sugar for dusting Method: Mix together the sugar, milk and egg. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Add the sifted ingredients to the liquids and blend to a dough. Heat some oil in a pot. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the oil and fry until a golden brown. Roll the hot doughnuts in the cinnamon and sugar mix.
