Quick Energy Packed Snack... Are you ever running out the door to exercise or do something else that requires physical energy and/or mental acuity and you realize that you havent eaten and you really should. Heres a great 1,2,3 solution.. Brazil nut, raw honey, sea salt... down the hatch in a minute flat. Maybe two minutes if you eat 2-3 nuts. Heres the nutritional punch... Brazil nuts are loaded with healthy fats for sustained energy. They are also a rich source of selenium which plays a role in reducing inflammation and allergies, it has anti-oxidant capabilities, and helps metabolism through thyroid hormone conversion. Raw organic honey provides a bit of quick energy and has anti-bacterial-viral-fungal properties, as well as being helpful for allergies and inflammation. Sea salt has a vast array of trace minerals. These minerals can be thought of as the spark plugs for our cells to operate. Nature is such a wonder!
