Quick Q&A: ThatRoseGirl: Friday Fillers… Q. When all’s said and done, when can we look forward to seeing you on our screens? A. Definitely this year VERY SOON!! Yay!! …As to when, let’s keep that a surprise! (Laughs…) There will be a loud “announcement” through run-up-to ads and plenty drum rolls…I dont want to mess up our cleverly planned marketing spill!! I am just as excited, with almost exploding, pent up anticipation as well Q. Which channels will be broadcasting the Talkshow? A. Also part of the surprise! We had approached a number of channels but ended up settling with those that we felt blended well with the dna and concept of the show; as well as reached our intended audience. We have no limits to extending the coverage because we had to do a pilot roll-out phase so to speak; just for the broadcasters to have a feel of my hosting capabilities – remember I’m “raw” talent and there was hesitation in fielding someone who had no background media experience…but once the lights, camera, action came on…it was like…mmmh…she is quite the natural! That felt good! Lol! Q. What advice can you give start-up Talkshow Hosts like yourself? A. Oh wow…advice is endless…some key pieces I can give are: Have a CAN-DO attitude. Believe in yourself and your capabilities. It’s never too late to achieve your dreams. Do it because you know you were born and purposed for it: not because someone else looks good doing it. Be in it with all your heart – when you operate in your gifting, all else falls into place. Be YOURSELF - It’s the best gift you can give others.
