Quick Rant: American Cycle and Fitness in Royal Oak. I DO NOT recommend EVER going to this place. Their customer service has been awful since my first purchase. I purchased some cycling shoes from their online website to be shipped to the store on the 12th. They told me they would be in a week ago, had me show up only to tell me they were not there. Their website states they will not charge your c.c. until they actually ship the product, but that was not the case. They charged my card and still were not able to get me my product after 2 weeks. They reassured me that their policy states when my product will come in, they will call me, but that did not happen either. I went in there today to ask for a refund, telling them i found the product cheaper and received it sooner. They had the audacity to say we can match the price, than I went into a manetta rage and explained to them that it should not take over 2 weeks to come in to get a product. Lastly to save their sell, they asked if i checked my email within an hour because they emailed me and told me my shoes finally came in. I checked it in front of them without an email and just completely dissatisfied. I recommend trying klm fitness or Livonia tri for any tri gear unless you want some bootleg service!
