Quick Tip Reducing the pressure; part 2 High blood pressure - TopicsExpress

Quick Tip Reducing the pressure; part 2 High blood pressure is also known as HYPERTENSION. Blood pressure is the amount of force exerted against the walls of the arteries as blood flows through them; If a person has high blood pressure, this means that the walls of the arteries are receiving too much pressure pounding against them, along with rapidly and repeatedly expanding the elastic bounders of the artery walls. In short it mean, like a rubber band the artery walls are extending much too far out and will eventually brake, or in this case burst to some how relieve pressure. But in relation, pressure would needs to be chronically(persistently) elevated (severely/very high) for a diagnosis(answer) of hypertension to be confirmed. When we measure blood pressure, we gauge two types of pressure: Systolic pressure - the blood pressure when the heart contracts (draw the parts of together), more specifically the moment of maximum (high) force during the contraction. This happens when the left ventricle-( lower chamber of the heart, receiving blood from the atria)- of the heart contracts. Diastolic pressure - the blood pressure between heartbeats, when the heart is resting and dilating (opening up, expanding). But this does not have to permanent, as I explained before in my previous post, exercise along with alternate eating habits with less sodium/salt will significantly help and cure your symptoms. Yet, if you eat sodium/salt try to make sure its not an extreme amount and possibly eat more potassium(which does the opposite of sodium); unless potassium consumption is an issue, if so, stay your distance according to your doctor instruction, along with sticking to lowering the amount of sodium/salt you eat, take it one meal and snack at a time good people. Remember good people, Good health = Beach Body; try not allow deception of this truth to manipulate you into taking an easy road to a beach body! I wouldnt suggest it, but hey, its your choice. Aye... first sessions on me! Lets Make It Happen!!
