Place a large mouth mason jar inside a saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water, place on the stove and set to a medium-low heat. Add beeswax and let it melt. Once the beeswax has melted, add the walnut oil – beeswax may solidify a bit, so stir together and allow mixture to melt completely. Remove the jar from water, carefully pour into jars, and let cool. To use, scoop out a small amount of the butter and rub it into cutting boards, wooden spoons, etc. Let the oil absorb overnight and use a soft rag to remove excess oil.
