Quick announcement about my Stream friends for those who care. Ive been accepting friend requests on Steam now for over 5 years. It has been a great way to connect with viewers, to which I have built friendships with. For awhile now I havent been getting requests from viewers, Ive been getting them from people who create annoyance. I used to have people constantly contact me to trade, ok... well I can stop by that putting my inventory to private to which I did. Now for the past couple of months I mostly get invites from people who beg me to buy them games. I cant express how annoying it is to be badgered almost on a daily basis to buy people games. To fix this I try to ignore them and that would be that, right? .... Now people are fighting with me as to why I should buy them games. Yeah... It has got to that point that Im now arguing with them on how I dont give money to strangers. Im tired of fighting. Unfortunately solving this problem isnt as easy as ticking a box, like I did with traders. To stop this, I need to stop accepting requests from anyone. Ive gone ahead and purged my friends list. Ive gone from 200+ friends to just 41. I did my best to keep people who I know. If I have taken you off please dont take it personally!
