Quick circuit with small variations on standard moves 3 rounds: 16 mountain climbers, 12 pushups Top video : mountain climbers with twist. Bring knee to opposite elbow instead of straight forward. Activates those obliques! Bottom video: band resisted push ups. Place a rubber band around your back ( exact placement does not matter as long as you find a spot where it doesnt slip off ) and tighten to desired resistance. This is good to try with modified (knee) pushups as it can help build your strength to get you to a full push up sooner.
