Quick clip from a circuit workout. I was actually doing a dropset here. For those that dont know, hammering out dropsets every now and then is a great way to finish a muscle group by completely destroying and exhausting the muscles! A dropset is where you start with a moderate to heavy weight and perform a set until failure as you normally would. Then, as soon as you fail, immediately grab another set of weidhts just slightly lighter and lift again until failure. Then, immediately grab a slightly lighter set and go again. Repeat until completely exhausted! No breaks! Brutal!!! Do you train insane???
