Quick get up and going cardio circuit for your Monday morning ! ----------------------------------------------------- 1⃣ power jumps . start in a squat position using your arms as momentum while keeping proper posture jump up into frog . land softly with knees slightly bent. 2⃣single high knee leaning forward with back straight and one leg firmly planted with a bent knee raise the opposite leg up above your waist use your arms to get a good core workout 3⃣power squats ☀️standing straight up go into a jumping jack to a wide squat. Make sure you keep you back straight and your knees behind your ankles. ( keep weight in heels when coming into the squat) do these exercises for 30 seconds each with 20 second rests in between. Dont forget to alternate knees on single high knee. Repeat this short circuit 3 times for a total of 4 reps! Dont forget to hydrate yourself !
