Quick mma conditioning kettlebell work out.. Do each exercise for 1 minute with out a break moving straight from one to another.. Mma fights go for 5 minute rounds so 5 minutes is classes as round.. Norm fight would be 3 rounds championship 5 rounds. Side to side kettlebell swings 1min Kettlebell shoulder press 1 min Kettlebell goblin squat 1 min Kettlebell push-ups 1 min Box hop 1 min. Rest 1 min. Thats one round Try it. I do 5 rounds and in sweating my ass off and my heart rate is up pretty high.. Good to shock the system and built cardio. I like to throw it in here and there.. And if short on time do 3 rounds and still get a great work out..
