Quick one on bulking......lets get massive the new terminology......let me tell you something if your metabolism is such that you maintain on 3500kcals......then putting 5500 kcals daily piling on the fullness and lbs where do you think its all going? Bearing in mind the maximum you can expect to gain in a year be 12 lbs....more accurately this lies lbm more between 2-5lbs. thats 1/4 lbs a week even less to be more realistic.....! The 2000kcal surpless your taking in 30% is lost through thermogenesis and metabolism so you have 1600 remaining. that leaves over 11,000kcals per week.....or 3 lbs fresh adipose tissue......10 weeks of that and with water weight too youll be 40-50lbs heavier but lethargic no real extra strength and requiring a whole new wardrobe (put on in the wrong places!) Those with the lets get massive strategy.....ive tried and tested everything and believe me slow steady and all the meanwhile staying leaner is definitely the way forward....unless you want a 30 week diet next time and skin that doesnt tighten and stubborn fat left in the last places not coming off....along with a whole new layer of fresh adipose that this bulk has given. Were meant to be doing this to progress but also look and feel good?????????????????????
