Only Subterranean Press offers the limited. The trade SHOULD be available on sites other than Amazon soon (UK, Canada etc) Anyone can order from SubPress but shipping outside the US is expensive. There will be an e-book. It will be everywhere the Brazen one is available—if you can find that on your fave website, you’ll find Forsaken in late January. The toughest e-book territory is Australia. Love you guys, but your territorial copyright laws are a pain-in-the-ass :) I think Alison whimpers every time she gets an e-mail starting “I’m in Australia and looking for one of your e-books…” If Brazen is there, though, Forsaken will be. Oh, and there will be a two chapter sneak preview of Forsaken included in the upcoming Cainsville/Otherworld holiday story duo—Logan narrates “The Puppy Plan so it made sense to include a peek at Forsaken.
