Quick question... Admin please delete if not aloud. I live in the pinoak/bell street strip, I have an inside only cat but there is a black cat with a white chest that is constantly trying to attack my cat through the window, its at our house day and night meowing, spraying on my windows and our out side furniture and has also sprayed on my dryer in the shed and tools, boxes that we are storing for my brother inlaws that has linen and clothing in it its also used our leather couch as a scratching post yes its an out door couch but thats not the point its under cover and dry and was in perfect condition until this cat started scratching the crap out of it.!! I lock my cat in the laundry at night and have blacked out the window so my cat cant see out and today Ive noticed the a cat had scratched and chewed the wood around the window on the out side. Im getting really annoyed as its always the same cat Ive sprayed around out side with the cat away and it hasnt kept it away. So question is what are the rules in Yarra glen and keeping cats contained day and night or just night? And would it be wrong if I trapped it and took it to the shelter as I dont know who the cat belongs too???
