Quick question Id like to ask regarding renting in Asheville (or NC). SO Ive been at my place now for maybe 4 months and just received a letter in the mail saying that an inspection will be done inside my home. They dont require I be home and say I must crate any and all animals during that specific day, or else Im fined 25$ My question is: can they legally just walk in my place? Keep in mind it isnt the owner but the agency he/she uses to rent it out. I feel like its an invasion of privacy. Message or comment I dont care just give a legitimate answer please.
